Apartment Features
- The apartments enjoy natural air in two ways: via the openable glazed curtain wall and secondly via the atrium spaces, which push air through the apartment entry gates. Control of the outside air flow is manual and will be at the discretion of the apartment occupant.
- Using bamboo flooring in the village spaces and the internal apartments integrates the palate of materials.
- All apartments have dedicated laundries.
- Bathrooms: The majority of all master ensuites include two basins, separate shower, bath and WC. Secondary bathrooms include shower, vanity and WC, and also act as powder rooms.
- Ceiling heights for all apartments on level 6 through to level 23 are generally 2700mm and for all those apartments on levels 24 to 29 enjoy general ceiling heights of 2900mm. On the top floor, the penthouse apartments have 2900mm to 4000m ceilings.
- Each apartment is independently air conditioned.
- Poliform will supply all apartment fixed joinery.
- All kitchens are 5 point minimum, with stunning Miele appliances. Larger apartments receive scullery kitchens - a space that can be closed to the living and dining areas. This area houses refrigerator, full height pantry, appliance zone, a basin, dishwasher and set down.
- All kitchens will have a ducted quasair range hood. Range hood exhaust is ducted to the outside of the building via a central riser. Kitchen exhaust is not recirculated.
- Acoustics to the party walls and perimeter walls facing the atrium are 5 star rated to achieve optimum sound insulation.
- Two optimum finishes available: Light and Medium Schemes with combinations of both are also available.
