Vertical Villages

This century demands that conventional thinking evolve into inventive thinking. With our revolutionary Vertical Village concept, we introduce eight internal 3-storey atria that give the residents of each three levels a privileged space where they have the opportunity to interact and socialise with their neighbours.

Reminiscent of European living, the Vertical Village provides a place where there is potential to create a real sense of community. Upon exiting the lift residents are delivered into the grand open Village spaces and are met with stunning three storey bay views, a lush vertical garden of evergreen creepers and fresh breezes through our large opening windows; a welcome change from the traditional narrow dark corridors of many other buildings.

The provision of this additional privileged community space will mean our residents will occupy one of between only 10 to 27 luxury apartments in each 3 level village; what a refreshing difference.

In creating the Vertical Village we had a clear intention to evolve higher density living and create a high rise environment with all the social benefits of ground level or low rise living. The subsequent opportunity to engage with other residents aims to reduce the isolation and anonymity often associated with high density living and contribute to a greater feeling of community connectedness.
